Know what your credits pay for

Two separate balances

Every verified Google account receives one trial credit for a single 4-second preview. One full ~15-second video costs 100 standard credits. Trial credits cannot pay for full videos. A technical failure restores the original credit type, with its original expiry.

One-time packs

• 1 video: $9.90 USD, 100 standard credits.
• 2 videos: $18.90 USD, 200 standard credits.
• 5 videos: $44.90 USD, 500 standard credits.

Purchased credits are valid for 365 days. There is no subscription or automatic renewal. A pack containing two videos means two separate single-person generations, not a duet. Purchases are available only when checkout is enabled in the studio.

If you close the tab

Closing the tab does not cancel a submitted generation. Sign in with the same Google account and open My clips. The studio can also recover submitted tasks and confirmed purchases. A photo draft that was never uploaded is local to your browser and may need to be selected again on a different device.

Pending or failed tasks

Allow 15 minutes or longer for generation. Do not submit another generation just because the first is still pending. Use the task’s status control or return to My clips. Technical failures return credits; they do not automatically refund money. A completed result that differs from your creative expectation is still a completed generation; another take consumes another allowance.

Payment questions

A successful payment and a successful AI task are different events. If payment is confirmed but your standard balance is missing, return with the same account and refresh once. Contact support with the order reference if the balance still does not appear. Never send full card details. Cash refund requests follow the refund policy.
