Acceptable Use Policy

Scope

This Acceptable Use Policy applies to every use of Bulin AI, including prompts, reference files, generated output, sharing, and commercial use. It forms part of our Terms of Service.

You may create a single-person video from an adult portrait when you have the necessary rights and the person's consent. Do not upload photos of minors. This does not permit deceptive impersonation or grant rights to another person's likeness or material.

Prohibited Sexual Content

You must not use Bulin AI to request, create, upload, share, or distribute:

• NSFW, pornographic, sexually explicit, sexually suggestive, fetish, or other sexually oriented content.
• Nudity intended for sexual arousal or content depicting sexual acts or sexual services.
• Any sexualized content involving, depicting, or appearing to depict a minor. This is strictly prohibited without exception.
• Sexual exploitation, non-consensual intimate imagery, or content that sexualizes an identifiable person without their explicit consent.
• AI companion, romantic character, or relationship content with a sexual purpose.

Other Prohibited Uses

You must not use Bulin AI to create or facilitate:

• Unauthorized or deceptive face swaps, deepfakes, impersonation, or manipulation of an identifiable person's face or identity.
• Abuse, harassment, hateful content, exploitation, graphic violence, or encouragement of self-harm.
• Illegal activity, fraud, scams, malware, weapons, controlled substances, or instructions intended to cause harm.
• Content that violates privacy, publicity, copyright, trademark, or other rights. You must have the necessary rights and consent for all reference materials.
• Attempts to bypass content moderation, access controls, rate limits, or other safety measures.

Moderation and Enforcement

Bulin AI reviews submitted material and generated output for prohibited content. Requests may be blocked when they violate this policy or when required safety checks are unavailable. Do not resubmit material to evade a block.

We may remove content and suspend or terminate access for violations. We may preserve and disclose relevant records when required by law or necessary to protect users, rights holders, Bulin AI, or our service providers.
