By accessing or using this service, you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree, please do not use the service.

Description of Service

Bulin AI generates a short single-person video from one adult portrait and a fixed street freestyle motion reference. The free preview is 4 seconds; the full video is approximately 15 seconds in vertical format at the 768P setting. AI likeness, clothing, movement and sound can vary. The original reference has no audio and no particular song or exact lip-sync is guaranteed. This is an independent tool, unaffiliated with Bulin 47, labels or social platforms.

User Accounts

You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials and for all activities under your account. Notify us immediately of any unauthorized use or security breach.

Acceptable Use

Our Acceptable Use Policy is part of these Terms. You must not use Bulin AI to request, create, upload, share, or distribute NSFW, pornographic, sexually explicit, sexually suggestive, fetish, or other sexually oriented content. Nudity intended for sexual arousal and sexual content involving minors are strictly prohibited.

You agree not to:

• Violate any applicable laws or regulations.
• Infringe on the intellectual property or other rights of any party.
• Attempt to gain unauthorized access to our systems or data.
• Interfere with or disrupt the integrity or performance of the service.
• Use the service to send spam, malware, or other harmful content.
• Attempt to evade, disable, or circumvent content moderation or other safety controls.

We review uploaded images and generated output for prohibited content. We may reject requests and suspend or terminate accounts that violate these rules.

Payment and Billing

Video packs are one-time purchases, with no automatic renewal. Packs include 1 video for $9.90, 2 for $18.90, or 5 for $44.90 USD. Each video is a separate single-person generation. Purchased and previously gifted standard credits share one standard balance. Each verified account receives one separate trial credit for one 4-second preview; trial credits cannot pay for full videos. Each full single-person video costs 100 standard credits. Expired credits cannot be used. Technical failures restore the same credit type with its original expiry; this is not an automatic cash refund. There is no subscription or automatic renewal. Purchased credits are valid for 365 days.

Refund requests can be submitted through the in-app support widget with the relevant order details. We review them based on service delivery, allowance usage, payment-provider rules, and applicable law. Nothing in these Terms limits any non-waivable consumer right.

Generated Output and Commercial Use

Bulin AI does not add a watermark or impose a separate personal-use-only restriction on generated output. You may use output for personal or commercial purposes, subject to applicable law, these Terms, third-party rights, and any applicable terms of the underlying generation service. You are responsible for checking that your prompt, reference material, and intended use do not infringe another party's rights.

Intellectual Property

The service and its original content, features, and functionality are owned by us and are protected by international copyright, trademark, and other intellectual property laws.

Termination

We may suspend or terminate your access to the service if you violate these Terms. Contact support to request closure of your account. Account closure and deletion of uploaded files are separate requests; see our Privacy Policy.

Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, we shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising out of your use of or inability to use the service.

Changes to These Terms

We may modify these Terms at any time. We will notify users of any material changes by updating the date at the top of this page and, where appropriate, sending a notice through the service.
